Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 263 website or using any services provided by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 263 platform.

Eligibility & Usage Restrictions
Users whose accounts have been banned or suspended are not permitted to re-register or access the platform under a different identity. The 263 platform is also unavailable to individuals residing in jurisdictions where the use of such services is prohibited by local law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their location.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 263 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained lawfully. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited.
Deposit Terms
- A minimum deposit may apply depending on the selected payment method.
- 263 does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received.
- If a deposit fails or is delayed, users are required to contact customer support for further review.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and can vary depending on the selected method.
- 263 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal for security purposes.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the 263 platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the platform's systems constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the 263 platform's system infrastructure.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Misusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 263 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. 263 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, or circumstances beyond our control, including network outages, server issues, or force majeure events.
263 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses.
Account Suspension & Closure
263 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Suspended accounts will be investigated and a final decision will be communicated to the user via their registered email.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to the relevant terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 263 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 263 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 263.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 263 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
263 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of this platform.
